Have you ever thought about investing in real estate?

We have been dream building since the first time we talked on the phone.

Real estate was always a common theme, and we knew eventually we would have rental properties.

Over the last 10 years of traveling around the United States and other parts of the world, and staying in vacation rentals, we quickly realized what we love and what we could go without.

We spend about 3 months of the year in St. Louis, 3 months of the year in Boston, and the majority of the rest of the year at our home in sunny Tampa, Florida.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars on rentals in St. Louis, we finally made the power move we’ve been anticipating for a decade.
