Microsoft layoffs hit their game studios, including 343 Industries and Bethesda. Crystal Dynamics announces they are ending active development for Marvel's Avengers this week, putting the controversial game to rest. Last of Us Part 1 sales jumped significantly thanks to the launch of the HBO series.
