Energy Cycles & Patterns - How to understand them so you can break them

In this episode I explore the nature of cyclical energy and patterns by exploring what a cycle looks like, how to identify the phase you're in, and how to break free from energy that is holding you back. I examine what a cycle can look like from a positive and negative energetic standpoint and I also explain the importance of taking small steps to help move you towards a more soul inspired life path. We all have patterns, behaviors and thoughts that we don't like or wish to change - often times these are tied into cycles and patterns and in order to transcend them we need to understand why they're occurring and what they're serving.
