A former Charlotte Amalie High School student identified only as “John Doe,” is urging a federal judge to reject the government’s bid to dismiss his sexual abuse lawsuit. Convicted government contractor Benjamin Hendricks has joined former Sports, Parks and Recreation Commissioner Calvert White in seeking a new trial over their federal bribery and wire fraud convictions, while also facing a separate lawsuit for more than $30,000 in unpaid construction supplies.
