On today's episode, we welcome Irene Green and Kathleen Myron. They are the director of the Canby Public Library and the chairwoman of the Library Board, respectively, or you can just call them what Francke does: the Library Queens. Basically, they know a lot about library funding, including why the city is proposing to close the library on Sundays in the next fiscal year. They answer our questions and share what you may be able to do to help ensure the library remains a vital and vibrant part of the Canby community for generations to come.
