Roll Up, Roll Up For Episode 230! Steve Matteo, author of the new book Act Naturally: The Beatles On Film joins us this week for a dive into the Paul-centric and driven project and the Beatles 3rd film, Magical Mystery Tour. Steve has published other works on the Beatles and is a regular Fest attendee as well. He will be at the NYC Fest in February. Steve chronicles his methods on research and we contexualise the MMT period (post-Epstein death etc). While it may not be as revered as Help! and certainly not A Hard Day's Night, Magical Mystery Tour is worthy of a viewing if only for the performance of 'I Am The Walrus'.
