Our breath is the vehicle through which Prana, vital life force energy, moves into and through our being to fuel and nourish our body, mind and spirit. It is also the vehicle through which toxins, stored emotions and tensions are released. Furthermore, when we intentionally bring awareness to our breath we have the ability to transform lower vibrational energies, stressors and discomforts through the activation of our parasympathetic nervous system, in turn harmonizing our inner energy and strengthening our Auric Field.
