New York knows a thing or two about father-son legacies at the State Capitol. Andrew Cuomo became the first son of a governor to be elected to the same office in 2010. This week we explore a similar story that occurred on the West Coast.
Former Capitol reporter Miriam Pawel has a new book out titled "The Browns of California: The Family Dynasty that Transformed a State and Shaped a Nation." It features the unusual political career of outgoing California Governor Jerry Brown who had a 28 year gap between the times he was elected by Californians.
