Owen, an Associate Professor of Leadership Studies in the School of Integrative Studies at George Mason University. The conversation sheds light on Julie's leadership in the reevaluation of the Leadership Identity Development (LID) model, tracing back to her contributions as a member of the team overseen by Dr. Susan Komives. Julie discusses the subsequent research stemming from the initial efforts and outlines her aspirations for future investigations pertaining to the model.
