Viewber, an outsourced viewing service for the property industry, is poised to shift from being a pure residential service to encompass the commercial real estate sector.
Founder Ed Mead, a former executive director of estate agent Douglas & Gordon set up the start-up last year to allow a cohort of people based up and down the country to take on residential viewings when an agent was not available.
Now he has plans to expand the idea to cover the commercial sector and is convinced that a lack of expert property knowledge will not be a stumbling block.
He talks to EG about the future of outsourced viewings.
