Vogue Magazine has released their wedding trend forecast for 2024 and I’m doing a blind reaction on this week’s episode of The Wedding Dish podcast. Trends are great, but they’re just that - trends. Don’t let them take over your wedding planning or control your wedding day!
If you’re curious about what I’m seeing in the real wedding world as well as what my thoughts are on Vogue’s predictions, you don’t want to miss this episode.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out that I am disappointed that this article is very bride-centric and leans into traditional gender roles in this article. Not only men wear suits, not all weddings have a bride and groom, etc. In 2024, I expect better and the further I get out from having read this article, the more this bothers me.
In this episode, I reference a sustainability conversation surrounding biodegradable drinkware from this episode.
