Jack Klasey is a man of many talents. Excuse the pun but I would say he's a, "Jack of All Media". I've always considered him to be a one of the greatest Kankakee County Historians but as I learned during this episode he prefers to be known as a storyteller. Whether you know Jack from the Kankakee County Museum, his weekly column in The Daily Journal, or from the many books he has written, I'm sure you've enjoyed his stories just as much as I have. We've been extremely lucky to have Jack Klasey as a resident of Kankakee County since 1963.
Purchase Jack's latest book, The Prince of Wheelwrights, at the Kankakee County Museum gift shop, or on Amazon.
Much Love,
Jake LaMore
