Beyond the Weight #197: Hygiene Hijinx

Join us as we chat all about how we can present ourselves to others a certain way on the outside while we feel very different on the inside. We discuss some things Henny heard on a podcast about sleep and sleep hygiene, and Sandy makes fun of her for having old pillows. Finally, we profess our love of memoirs (no surprise there) and brainstorm some ideas for Sandy to include in the memoir of her life (which she will likely never write but probably should).
