The Duke Pod Episode 10 Real Estate stories and the week before closing!

Greetings,

 

In the 10th episode, we go over a few issues that happen on the day of the closing.  I refer to this episode as the week before closing as there are a flurry of things buyers and seller prepare for and hope it all goes smoothly.  When we are on the buying side we hope the house is left clean, empty and ready to enjoy, however sometimes that is exactly what does not happen.  We discuss a few important strategies to keep in mind when we are about to close a home and go over some basic tips.  We also sprinkle in some fun stories that will help you understand what you may be in for if you DO NOT follow these suggestions!
