In this episode, I’m speaking to Danielle Robins and she has a powerful and deeply personal story to share. Danielle grew up in a troubled household, with an emotionally unavailable, abusive alcoholic father. At 12, she chose to live with him after her parents’ messy divorce, drawn by his attempts to be the “cool dad.” By 16, she was kicked out, beginning a difficult journey to rebuild her bond with her mother. At 20, Danielle took charge of her life, embarking on a global journey of healing through yoga, meditation, and holistic practices. Now a qualified coach, she empowers others to heal relationship wounds, redefine their stories, and reclaim their lives.
