The alignment of body, mind and soul provides this clear channel for the Light to be received and used. The Aramaic translation of The Lord’s Prayer is a tool to create this alignment. In addition, the sound of “ah” as in the word “God” can be used as a focusing point while you are breathing in the holy Light of God.
Take a few moments to align the body, mind and soul. This alignment allows a clear channel of energy to flow through you and it will aid in the sending and receiving of energy from the soul. You can also become aware of where your focus of energy is. You may be focusing your energy on one part of your body, or you may be holding all of your energy in your mind.
The clearer our focus is on God, the more we are able to access this holy Light and bring it into our breath. Use your breath to clear your mind and to give you a point of inspiration as you release with each exhalation. As you clear the mind and call in the Light, you allow the breath to carry that Light through you.
The power of the intent behind your calling in the Light is extremely important as it focuses the energy. With strong intent, a clear mind and right focus, you can call in the Light to use for your Light work. The more you practice this, the more you will see the powerful effects and the more Light will be available for you to use as a Light worker.
