Guest Samdup Dolma, a Tibetan girl living is exile, shares her story and aspirations with host Dr. Stanley El. Leaving her native country at age six, Samdup overcome adversities to become a certified yoga instructor, an author and college student pursuing a BA in psychology. Samdup believes in the impossible and works to inspire young people around the world. She has been recently been featured in short documentary, “Samdup: Inner Voice of a Tibetan Girl, ” produced in India.
