Focus on Your Journey and Silence the Unvalidated Criticisms from Outsiders

In episode 60, Jacqueline and Kevin talk about how important it is to look within and to focus on your own journey no matter what anyone else says. A lot of times others may criticize us or put us down if they cannot physically see our challenges or struggles. Jacqueline has received comments about her weight and comments about how she is not making progress on her journey. Jacqueline shares her own experience with her mental health, negative comments and opinions from others, and how that can make her doubt the journey she is on. These same comments make her realize that she also has to step back and recognize just how much progress she is in fact making. Jacqueline is making important mental changes that mean just as much as the physical ones. Jacqueline and Kevin dive deep into the importance of being able to silence that noise and look within to be able to continue on your journey.
