Deborah is Dean of Research and Pedagogy at Wesley College and Honorary Research Associate at Murdoch University as well as the author of Transformational Professional Learning: Making a Difference in Schools
She also one of the co-editors of Flip the System Australia: What Matters in Education - a book in which Dan also contributed a chapter.

As well as being awarded the Australian Council for Educational Leaders awards: the ‘New Voice’ In Educational Leadership Research Scholarship 2016 and the ACEL WA Research in Educational Leadership and Management Award 2018 she completed my PhD in 2016 with her thesis awarded the International Outstanding Research Award in Cognitive Coaching.
