Today - how do you move to clear your mind?

For me, tennis, rock climbing and hiking are amazing ways for me to clear my mind.  When I can empty my mind and focus on a singular task.  I always feel so energized when I make time for movement like this.

What is it for you?  How can you move in such a way that it takes all your focus and let's you empty your mind.
