Meet Crystal Hoyos (EP.196)

In today’s episode, you’ll meet yoga teacher Crystal Hoyos. I met Crystal after she enrolled in my program, The Yoga Anatomy Blueprint Learning Program, and I have been so impressed with her dedication to growth and the quality of her commitment. Crystal also runs her own business so she’s got the entrepreneurial spirit as well. Here she shares her story and talks about what she’s learned as she’s expanded her understanding of anatomy.
