Tenaris and the Matagorda Co Fair & Livestock Assoc discuss the $50k grant from Tenaris

This year's annual Matagorda County Fair contained a surprise announcement - Tenaris was sponsoring part of the youth livestock competitions with a $50,000 grant for ongoing education scholarships.
