There’s something deeply cynical about the Obama administration’s approach to this election. It is clearly trying to keep a lid on very dangerous developments until after all the voting is over.

Today is Halloween, so the theme is “Trick or Treat.” On November 4 – Election Day, what’s afoot looks more and more like a strategy to “Trick and Punish” voters.

After the balloting, expect much worse from global jihadists; a bad deal allowing Iran to get the bomb; a burgeoning epidemic of Ebola; and an unconstitutional presidential amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.

Fortunately, it seems the common sense of many Americans tells them that their security and well-being are increasingly at risk.

Here’s hoping they are going get out and vote as though their lives depend on it. For, indeed, they do.
