Society & Culture
I am joined today by clinical psychologist Dr. Loi Medvin to discuss American culture and society in the context of mental health. In particular, we discuss some hot button issues like masculine/feminine dynamics and a sense of separation that many of us are feeling these days. In the last half of the episode, I ask Dr. Loi about her experiences with psychedelic plants and we both tell tales of unusual and non-ordinary states of consciousness and perception.
