Megan Mercer returns to The Vault to preview the Lee's Summit Chamber's annual Women in Business event set for next Wednesday. Mercer, an insurance executive and improv comic, will serve as host and emcee for the all day conference and spoke with Lee's Summit Town Hall hosts Nick Parker and Liesl Hays on the importance of creating a welcome and comforting environment encouraging connections and authentic opportunities to grow both in business and life.
