How do you make space and time for movement in your life. Make dates with yourself and keep them as you would an appointment for a haircut or a massage. Whether it is a Spring hike with your dog on a Saturday morning or a weekly yoga class - make time, make the commitment. Remember your wellness is your responsibility. It is not selfish to take care of you!!
