Sober Speak- Alcoholics Anonymous Recovery Interviews
Religion & Spirituality:Spirituality
Episode 116
In this episode of Sober Speak, Gary K is back at the mic to discuss his experience with the 10th Step. Gary shares how he believes his alcoholism is a spiritual disease that needs a spiritual answer and tools, not a therapeutic one and how overtime there is no new level to achieve in AA, the same tools he got when he first came in are the same tools he has now. But with the more he uses them, the better he gets at using them. Gary shares how he is always on Step 10 and 11 and how it helps him to achieve emotional balance.
