Jere Anthony's work conjures the early aught work of Helen Fielding and Gemma Townley. It's funny without being over the top, and it's touching without being melodramatic. It's also just a bit naughty. I think she's the perfect author to read to escape the blues or just relax and enjoy a glass of wine (or tea, or soda). I, for one, can't wait for you to learn more about her delightful stories.
