You are probably unaware of how long your stretches of sitting last. An easy way to reconcile this is to simply set a timer. Use your phone as a timer and set it for 30 minutes. When it goes off make yourself stand up and either stretch or walk about for 2 minutes. Then resume sitting if you must. Take a few deep breaths before starting back to your activity for 5 extra points!
