In this Dhamma Talk, Ajahn Dtun talks about different kinds of happiness in this world. By seeing the dangers of mental defilements, which taint the mind and result in unwholesome action and speech, we will see the benefits of keeping our moral precepts. When we achieve a degree of morality, the mind becomes more peaceful. Ajahn then explains that the way to strengthen the mind is through practicing concentration. Training thus will cause mindfulness and wisdom to arise, which will help watch over the mental defilements and not allow greed, anger and delusion to arise in the mind. This dhamma talk also has a Q&A session at the end.
