New Bloomfield City Manager Eric Strahl discussed the plans for Bloomfield to start its own electric utility, and the current disagreement with the city of Farmington that is heading to court.  Strahl & Special Projects Director Teresa Brevik discussed ongoing economic development and beautification efforts in Bloomfield, including the new decorative pots at entrances to the city and the unique use of hydroturf.
