This is a throwback to an episode Sarah and I recorded in Cologne, Germany back in 2019!
We planned to drink our way through the local specialty, Kölsch, but when we heard that there’s been an emerging craft beer scene, we reached out to a certified cicerone to talk about the hardest part of convincing Germans to open their mind to new things happening in the beer world.
What we thought would be a short hang-out, ended up forming a new friendship solidified by our mutual love of beer that lasted late into the night.
