A Conversation with a Business Guru... I think?

This week's episode of the Workplace Wonderer: Lessons from the Experts, hosted by Blake Cohen, is not our usual style of episode.

Jonathan Peppers, or as he calls himself "Dr. Business" joined us for a conversation that gets off track pretty quickly.

"Dr. Business" is a self-proclaimed organizational guru who has some interesting ideas about leadership, workplace culture, perception, and beyond.
