This episode features Albert Chen, Field Applications Engineer based out of San Jose, CA, for Amphenol ICC. Albert talks about the changes to his normal routine of working face-to-face with customers on a daily basis. We talk about how helping with the call center and chat features on the Amphenol ICC website has given him a new perspective on these tools to help gain a unique insight into how their products are used across markets. We also talk about using these tools as part of the regular FAE work cycle moving forward -- as together we combat the coronavirus pandemic around the world.
