In this episode, Conscious Leadership coach Tim Day and I explore the complexities of human experience and how those complexities impact every relationship we have, especially the one with ourselves. We are living in a world where the need to be “right” is more powerful than our desire to be in relationship with people we love and care for, to be happy or to be at peace.
Why is this? There are a lot of reasons that we explore in this episode…the biggest one being that we are wired to detect threats and there are so many things that feel threatening to us on a daily basis! We talk about the power of awareness and self-compassion, the transformative nature of curiosity, what it means to loosen the grip of threat (literally one breath at a time) and how to cultivate a loving relationship with all of the parts of ourselves so that we can better co-create more loving relationships with others.

About Tim Day
Tim is a transformational Conscious Leadership coach and facilitator who models unwavering presence, a masterful ability to listen, an approach that is both direct and loving.
