It's Tuesday and here is your quick tip! Have you tried Apple Cider Vinegar?  So many reasons to!  It's an antihistamine, can affect digestion for those with indigestion or heart burn. I like a few tablespoons in a glass of room temperature water.  At first the taste is a little jarring but it is an acquired taste.  The colder the concoction the less you will taste.
