Reframing Internal Communications

A recent Korn Ferry report suggests that by 2030 there will be a global talent shortage of 85 million people. So if ever focusing on employee engagement and retention was necessary, that time is now.  Excellent internal communications can form part of the cultural glue that holds an organisation together, helps it retain its people and connect them to the bigger mission.  Yet, communication is still given as the number one problem in many businesses. So what needs to change.
