Late Season Turkey Hunting Tactics with Mike Chamberlain
This week, Mike Chamberlain joins Cameron and Andy to discuss late season turkey hunting tactics.
Most of you know that Mike is a wild turkey biologist with the University of Georgia, and his students are spearheading quite a few studies on wild turkeys. In addition to his full time job of managing his students and grad students, Mike is a turkey hunter. Most of the podcasts and seminars Mike has been on are purely about the biology of the wild turkey, but this week Mike joins the show to discuss some tactics he uses to hunt wild turkeys during the late season.
Mike's vast knowledge of the bird itself gives him a different take on hunting turkeys during the early, mid, and late parts of the season. Mike definitely does not disappoint during this interview where he drops a couple of tidbits of information that will make us all a little more successful during what can be a tough time of year to kill turkeys.
