Dr. Tom M from Lethbridge Alberta Canada is also an Al-Anon member, he is speaking at an unknown roundup held in at Kelowna British Columbia in November of 1989. He is originally from Scotland and had a pretty great sense of humor delivered with some solid sobriety.
