David has a very diverse background ranging from client management / business improvement in private sector IT businesses, ‘sharp end’ operations in agriculture and resources sectors, to setting up safety management systems and being lead safety advisor for small and large Government agencies.

As an advocate and active practitioner of New View / Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) thinking and Organisational Coaching, David brings a pragmatic and people-centred philosophy and looks to help leaders understand ‘how’ and ‘where’ they can improve on current safety practices by addressing key psychological and systems factors.
