This 70 minute class was recorded in my Yoga for Living with Cancer Class but can be used by anyone struggling to balance irregular emotions, frustration, explosive impulses or times when its tricky to express yourself at all!  All these are signs of imbalance in the Liver Gallbladder meridian.This session aims to balance the physical body and the energetic body too.We close the class in a reclining version of Supta Baddha Konasana over two bolsters.  If you don't have these at home please use cushions or pillows.
