PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) affects 1 in 5 people of reproductive age and is the number one reason for ovulatory infertility. In her practice, Pooja had felt that people with PCOS needed more credible information, more support and treatment of their underlying root cause, hence, she decided to support people with PCOS on their fertility journey.
.
.
Her mission and vision is to help people take control of their PCOS; boost their fertility and prepare their bodies for a healthy baby with the POWER of Nutrition.
Nutrition can have a massive impact in the following stages of your fertility journey:
Correcting nutritional deficiencies, Improving egg and sperm health, Increasing implantation rate, Balancing reproductive hormones, Reducing inflammation, Increasing your chances of getting pregnant, Improving the outcomes of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (such as IVF).
