Graham travels to Miami to meet Barry Sternlicht, the legendary real estate billionaire who co-founded Starwood Capital Group. Barry shares personal stories of growing up with a father who was a resistance fighter in WWII, and the entrepreneurial spirit he developed as a young kid. Sternlicht also goes through the highs and lows of building multi-billion dollar businesses, including the time he had to fire his best friend. We also talk to Barry’s daughter Adrienne, a champion equestrian, about how her father has supported her career and the ways their relationship has evolved over the years.
