Phil Kerpen, President of American Commitment-October 27th

In news made this morning GMNH, Phil Kerpen with American Commitment called in and claimed that the Biden student bailout program will actually raise tuition rates for graduate schools in the years to come. Kerpen also claims that the White House had no authority to spend upwards of a trillion dollars on the program without approval from Congress. The President in an interview last week said that the student loan forgiveness bailout passed Congress which is not factually true.
