Newly appointed Chief Whip Hildegarde Naughten expects to receive an additional job

Newly appointed Chief Whip Hildegarde Naughton of Galway West, is expecting to be given an additional job, in the form of a new portfolio 

Deputy Naughten received a call on Saturday afternoon offering her the role of Government Chief Whip.

The local TD replaces Junior Minister Jack Chambers in the role, as part of the cabinet reshuffle.
