Why call an Article V convention of the states, and why now? Michael P. Farris, JD, LLM, shares four major problems that Convention of States Action seeks to address. Farris has argued successfully at the Supreme Court level, helped legalize homeschooling in all 50 states with his Home School Legal Defense Association, served as President for Alliance for Defending Freedom, and taught constitutional law for 17 years at Patrick Henry College. He is the co-founder and Senior Advisor for COS Action.
