Ahh Sunday! Time for a little self-care.
Today - take some digital downtime. Call it a break, call it detox...just put down the phone and back away from the screen.
Perhaps not possible for you to do this for the entire day but find some time..a few hours, the afternoon, the evening?
How can you spend that time engaging with nature or with others or even with just a good book or the Sunday paper?!
