Even if you’re not in your 40’s+ yet, this episode is still for you!   Who says strength training is just for the young? I love lifting weights!  I love feeling stronger!  I’m so passionate about advocating for the transformative power of strength training, especially for women over 40. It’s truly a vital part of maintaining health and vitality, boosting metabolism, and improving mental well-being.  Age shouldn’t stop you! Age is just a number. As most of you who have listened know, I am 59 and will be 60 in November.  I’ve never been more active and healthy than I am now!
