Nathalie and Brooke chose to start with this chakra partly because it’s the first chakra that develops when we are born.

With so many ways to explain the chakras, Nathalie starts by asking Brooke how she would describe them. Nathalie gives a further explanation of what the purpose of chakras is and talks about how they regulate our energies and frequencies.

Nathalie and Brooke share the traits of Muladhara and symptoms that can be seen if there is a deficiency of this chakra. This ignites a discussion about affirmations, leading Brooke to read some of her favorite one. We also learn how to tell if we have a healthy first chakra.

The two also talk about ways to feel more connected to earth, such as earthing or simply having plants in your home. Nathalie teaches us that no matter what has happened, the past is the past, the future is not here, but what we have is right now.
