In today’s episode, I want to talk to you about how you can take your team from gossip to growth with my new upcoming program "From Gossip to Growth"

Not too long ago, I was in your shoes, whether that was not knowing what to do, feeling helpless or frustrated, and also feeling determined as a leader to get rid of gossip.

I have seen it all.

I was once part of the problem where I too gossiped. I then became the subject of everyone’s gossip as the newbie or outsider at a new workplace, and I was a leader, who took over from another leader where gossip was rampant and I had to do something about it.

So what did I do?

Well, through trial and error and learning the hard way, I successfully got rid of gossip and kept it that way for the full time that I was still working there, obviously I am not there anymore, so I can’t speak for how it is today, but through my learning and trial and error I have created a system that has not only worked for me, but have now also helped others.

So today, I am excited to share with you, how you can work with me to learn how to get rid of workplace gossip and go from gossip to growth with your team.
